Human DNA preservation kit

1/ You order your kit
2/ You receive your saliva collection kit
3/ You perform your own saliva self-collection :
-  Do not eat or drink (except water) for 30 minutes before collection.
-  Rinse your mouth with clean water.
-  Let saliva flow into the tube up to the mark.
-  Add the preservation liquid into the tube up to the mark.
-  Carefully screw the tube closed.
4/ Fill in the identification form with your first and last name.
5/ Provide the information to be engraved on the capsule :
-  Example: If your name is "John Doe" write "J.Doe".
One letter or one dot per box.
-  Write your date of birth :
-  Example: If you were born on "July 20, 1990", write "1990-07-20" in the YYYY-MM-DD format.
6/ Place the collection tube and the identification form in the provided return envelope.
7/ Send us back your sample without delay.
8/ Receive your DNAshell® capsule containing your DNA within 2 to 4 weeks.
